At MJ’s BPO Solution, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services. Due to the nature of digital services, the following return and refund policies apply:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as per the agreed project scope
  • Services are delayed beyond agreed timelines without valid reason
  • Technical issues caused by our team resulting in incomplete service delivery

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Completed projects delivered as per agreement
  • Partial work already provided or approved
  • Consultations and advisory services

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service delivery
  • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue
  • Include relevant project details and correspondence

4. Resolution Timeline

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
